Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using Diva AI (“the Service”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service provided by DigitaLabs in collaboration with AsiaCell. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using or subscribing to the Service.

1. About the Service

The Service provides an AI interface to answer all your questions, exclusively for AsiaCell subscribers.

By subscribing, you will receive content URL via SMS to access the AI tool and chat with Diva to answer all your doubts in health, biology, science, lifestyle, general knowledge, tutoring and much more.

The Service is designed for individual use only and is not to be shared or redistributed.

2. How to Subscribe

Start your subscription by clicking the subscription button on the landing page. Your number will be detected automatically (on Mobile Data) or verified via PIN (on WiFi).

Once subscribed, you will receive a welcome message with all the necessary details, including the service fees of 300 IQD, the frequency of updates, and support information.

3. Pricing and Billing

The subscription fee is 300 IQD / Day, which will be deducted automatically from your AsiaCell balance.

The subscription renews daily unless canceled by the subscriber.

You can cancel the Service anytime by sending 0 to 2609.

4. Eligibility

The Service is available to all AsiaCell subscribers aged 18 or older.

Subscribers under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

Access is limited to users with devices compatible with SMS and Data services on the AsiaCell network.

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your account has sufficient balance to cover the subscription fee.

Subscribers must provide accurate information during registration and ensure that their use of the Service complies with these Terms.

Any misuse or violation may result in immediate termination of the subscription.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription anytime by sending 0 to 2609.

Refunds are not applicable once the subscription fee has been charged, except in cases of technical errors caused by AsiaCell or the vendor.

7. Service Delivery and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and may experience interruptions due to technical issues, network problems, or maintenance.

AsiaCell and the vendor are not liable for delays, interruptions, or any consequences arising from service disruptions.

8. Modifications to the Service

AsiaCell and the vendor reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

In the event of significant changes, subscribers will be notified through SMS or other official communication channels.

9. Privacy and Data Use

By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (e.g., mobile number) to deliver the Service.

Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required for service delivery or by law. For more details, please refer to Diva’s Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and Disclaimer

AsiaCell and the vendor shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience arising from the use of the Service, except as required by applicable law.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full effect.
